  • I offer 45-minute sessions, typically on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on your needs.

    Sessions are held online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring both your privacy and convenience.

    This virtual format allows us to connect from the comfort of your own space, eliminating the need for travel and making it easier to fit therapy into your busy schedule.

  • Therapy is a personal journey, and progress often unfolds gradually. While there’s no universal guarantee that therapy will work the same way for everyone, building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together.

    The first step in determining if we’re the right fit is asking questions. It's important that you feel comfortable and confident in our partnership. Don’t hesitate to ask about my approach, experience, or anything else that’s on your mind.

  • Yes! Currently I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield New York (formerly Empire), and Carelon Behavioral Health.

    I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients to help with reimbursement. Before beginning services, I recommend checking with your insurance provider, as many offer reimbursement for mental health services.

    Here are the questions you can ask your insurance provider:

    Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    What is my annual deductible, and have I met it?

    What percentage of out-of-network psychotherapy sessions do you cover?

  • Sessions are $170. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone's time, please note that a minimum of 24-hour notice is required for session cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24-hour notice, the full session fee will be incurred.
