You don’t have to explain what you’re feeling perfectly or come prepared with the “right” words. This is a space where you’re not expected to hold it all together. We start where you are, go at your pace, and pay attention to what’s coming up in the moment.
I came to this work through an unusual path, after immigrating from Poland in my 20s and leaving behind everything I’d ever known. I know what it’s like to feel in between cultures, between identities, between life stages. I bring that lived experience into every session, creating a space where your full story is welcome—even the parts you’ve learned to hide.

You’ll walk away from each of our sessions with actionable tools to bring into your everyday life. With these tools and my continued support, you can learn to better cope with stress, navigate challenges with confidence, and feel more connected to the people you care about along the way.
